非无纺布支撑反渗透复合膜的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:经过40多年的发展,反渗透技术成为膜法水处理中发展最为成熟、应用最为广泛的一种,但高性能反渗透膜的研制仍是目前研究的热点之一。借鉴正渗透膜的制备方法,以聚酯筛网为支撑材料制备了非无纺布支撑的反渗透复合膜,研究了不同制备条件对膜性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜对所制备复合膜的表面和断面进行了表征。结果表明,以聚酯筛网为支撑材料,聚砜为底膜聚合物,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,PEG-400为添加剂时,制备的复合膜最佳水通量在38.5L/(m2.h),NaCl截留率达到99%,明显优于以无纺布为支撑材料的反渗透复合膜的性能。此外,该复合膜在较长时间的运行过程中表现出良好的抗压密能力和耐污染性。
