| 摘 要： | 利用批量控制器、质量流量计、多段控制阀、液位控制仪表及静电溢油保护器等连接通信至上位机系统,结合现场卸车泵、卸车缓冲罐、取样罐及卸车鹤管等设备组成自动定量液体化工品卸车系统。实现了刷卡自动计量、自动停泵,在线密度检测,在线取样、电子汽车衡比对、防止作弊,无人值守功能。

| Abstract: | Having the communication of batch controller, mass flow meter, multi-section valve, level control instrument and electrostatic oil spillage protector connected to the host computer system was implemented;and combined with the on-site unloading pump, unloading buffer tank, sampling tank and the unloading crane tube, an unloading system which boasting of auto-quantifying liquid chemicals was constituted to have functions such as auto-metering by card, auto-stopping pumping, online density detection, on-line sampling, comparison of electronic truck scale, guarding against cheating and unattended function realized. |
