Research on Manage ment Syste m for Equip ment Failures in Large-scale Refinery Enterprise

To reduce the loss from unplanned suspension incurred by equipment failure and to improve the e-conomic benefit in refinery enterprises,having means of informatization adopted to analyze failure mechanism of the equipment,fault causes and patterns and solutions to them was implemented,including having advanced technology standards introduced into the enterprise to optimize the fault management mode,to reduce the e-quipment maintenance cost and to bring fault diagnosis,analysis,processing and recording into a standard sys-tem so as to realize the whole process management of the equipment.
