钢板表面除锈机设计

为了防止钢板表面杂质在钢管焊接时落入焊缝中产生气孔、夹渣等焊接缺陷,保证钢管焊接质量,设计开发了一种钢板表面除锈机,该除锈机安装在上料工序后和板探工序前,采用钢丝碗刷机械除锈,并加装封闭除尘设备,实现了生产线全自动控制。应用结果表明,该除锈机除锈效率高,成本低,操作简单,对周围环境污染较小,改善了作业环境,可广泛应用于埋弧焊管生产线。

Steel Plate Surface Deruster Design

In order to prevent the impurities in steel plate surface falling into the weld during steel pipe welding, cause some welding defects such as stoma, slag inclusion and so on, ensure steel pipe welding quality, a kind of steel plate surface deruster was designed and developed. The deruster was installed after the loading process and before steel plate detection. Adopting steel wire brush to conduct mechanical descaling, and equipped with closed dust removal device, realized automatic control of the production line. The application results indicated that the deruster possessed some advantages, such as high rust removal efficiency, low cost, simple operation, less pollution to environment, improved the working environment, can be widely used in submerged arc welded pipe production line.
