摘    要:为了解决焊管生产线原倒棱机设备控制性能较差、故障率高的问题,对原倒棱机采用的变频器驱动普通三相异步电动机进给伺服控制系统进行了改造。新系统选用西门子S120控制器作为驱动单元、西门子伺服电机作为执行机构,设计了两侧床身进给伺服控制电气原理图,编写了S7-300PLC控制程序,利用DP总线通讯进行信号和数据传输,并对S120伺服控制系统进行了安装调试。实际使用结果表明,改进后的设备性能良好,运行平稳,提高了生产效率和产品质量。

Abstract:In order to solve the issues of poor control performance and high failure rate caused by original chamfering machine in welded pipe production line,servo control system of inverter-driven triphase asynchronous motor of chamfering machine was transformed. In the system,Siemens S120 controller was chosen for drive unit,Siemens servo motor was chosen for actuator,the electricity schematic diagram of feed servo control for both sides of lathe bed was designed,the S7-300PLC control program was written,DP bus communication was used for signal and data transmission,and the servo control system of S120 was installed and debugged. According to the practical used results the ameliorated equipment performed well and operate steadily,which could improve production efficiency and quality of products.
