含铝炸药造型粉流动特性影响因素研究

摘    要:以A-IX-II炸药为参比标准,使用自行研制的流散性测量系统,研究了含铝炸药造型粉流散性的影响因素,并进行了分析。结果表明:喷雾造粒工艺制备的样品流散性优于直接法工艺;当炸药细颗粒占比在30%左右,颗粒粒度分布范围越宽时,流散性较好;适当的温度可以提高造型粉的流散性,而当造型粉处于干燥状态时流散性较好,即湿度对造型粉流散性影响较大。此研究结果对炸药自动化装药工艺的研究具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:Taking A-Ⅸ-Ⅱ explosives as reference standard, the influence factors of flowability of aluminized explosive moulding powders was studied, using the flowability measuring system developed by oneself. The results show that, the flowability of the sample prepared by the spray granulation process was better than that of the direct synthesis, the flowability of moulding powders was better when the fine explosive particles was about 30% and particle size distribution was a broad range. Meanwhile, the proper temperature might improve the flowability of moulding powders, and the flowability was better while moulding powders were on dryness. These results have actual significant guidance to the study of automatic cosmetic medicine process.
