摘    要:为研究低温对不同敏化方式的乳化炸药爆轰性能的影响,采用化学敏化和物理敏化方式制备乳化炸药,通过测时仪法测量两种乳化炸药在常温及不同低温条件下连续冷冻24h之后的爆速。结果表明:乳化炸药的爆速随着冷冻温度的降低而下降,当冷冻温度到达某一临界值时,乳化炸药出现了拒爆的现象,失去爆轰能力;采用物理敏化的乳化炸药耐低温性能优于化学敏化的乳化炸药。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of low temperature on the detonation performance of emulsion explosives, the emulsion explosives were prepared by chemical sensitization and physical sensitization. Based on electrical measuring method,the detonation velocity of the two kinds of emulsion explosives were measured at room temperature and after 24 hours of continuous freezing under different low temperature conditions. The experimental results show that the detonation velocity of the emulsion explosive decreases with the decreasing of the freezing temperature. When the freezing temperature reaches certain critical value, the misfire would appear, the explosive would lose detonation capability. Meanwhile, low temperature resistance of physical sensitized emulsion explosive is better than that of chemical sensitized emulsion explosive.
