工业雷管输出压力测试及数值模拟研究

摘    要:为定量评价工业雷管的输出威力,采用实验测试和数值模拟相结合的方法,得到了某型雷管的爆压。针对在测试过程中出现的信号干扰问题,对测试系统进行了改进,获得了较清晰的测试结果曲线。此外,通过AUTODYN软件的JWL状态方程来描述雷管底部装药的爆轰过程,将得到的输出压力值与试验值进行了比较。结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验值偏差为3.51%,说明数值模拟方法可用于工业雷管爆轰成长过程研究。

Abstract:In order to quanttatively evaluate the output power of industrial detonator,a combination of experiment and numerical simulation method was used to get the detonation pressure of industrial detonator.In view of the signal interference in the process of testing,the test system has been improved so as to get clear curves of the measurement.The commercial software AUTODYN was employed to simulate the detonation process which was described by JWL equation of state.The obtained pressure was compared with that from experimental data.The results show that the deviation of the numerical simulation results with the experimental values is 3.51%,indicating that the numerical simulation method can be used to study detonation growth process of industrial detonator.
