摘    要:针对双脉冲固体火箭发动机,设计了一种适合于第2脉冲点火的内埋点火方案。该方案采用环形点火器,药粒状的硼/硝酸钾作为点火用药,使用可烧蚀的高强度铝合金材料作为点火器壳体。点火器承压试验表明:在第1脉冲工作过后,环形点火器结构完整性,且点火过程无吹出物;此外,通过采用钝感电点火管和静电消除等方式保证了点火系统的安全性。

Abstract:Aimed at the double-pulse engine, a buried igniter fit to the second pulse ignition was designed. The annular structure igniter was adopted, and granulose B/KNO3 was used as ignition powder, the aluminum alloy with thermal ablation and high strength was used as shell material. The pressure test for igniter indicated that the igniter was integrated after the first pulse, and no substance was blown out during ignition. Meanwhile, by use of insensitive electric igniter and electrostatic elimination, the security of ignition system was ensured.
