二茂铁对铁铝高热剂燃烧的影响

摘    要:为研究二茂铁对铁铝高热剂性能的影响,在铁铝高热剂原配方基础上按不同比例添加二茂铁,采用标准方法进行了各项药剂燃烧性能测试。结果表明:随着二茂铁含量的增加,铁铝高热剂燃烧速度、火焰感度和燃烧热均呈降低趋势。说明在铁铝高热剂中添加适量二茂铁可有效延长药剂燃烧时间,应用于弹药后将有效提升对金属结构装备、木质弹药箱和军用柴油等目标的高温烧毁效能。

Abstract:To study the effect of two ferrocene on the properties of Fe/Al thermit, based on the basis formula of the iron and aluminum thermite, the different proportions of two ferrocene were added in. Using standard methods, the combustion performance tests were carried out. The study indicated that with the increase of two ferrocene content, burning rate, flame sensitivity and combustion heat are all decreased. The results showed that adding two ferrocene can effectively prolong the action time, and can improve the high temperature damage effect on the metal structure equipment, wooden military targets and diesel engine after loading ammunition.
