海洋钻井隔水管环焊焊接工艺的研究

摘    要:为了提高海洋钻井隔水管环焊焊接质量和效率,以4130调质钢隔水管为研究对象,制作了焊接试样,制定了环焊焊接工艺规范,并进行了焊接工艺试验,最后对焊接试样进行了力学性能和无损检测。通过检测发现,采用该焊接规范所焊4130调质钢隔水管焊接接头的力学性能达到了相关标准的要求,宏观腐蚀观察结果合格,MT和UT探伤也未发现超标缺陷。结果表明制定的焊接规范合理可行。

Abstract:In order to improve the welding quality and welding efficiency of marine drilling riser pipe circumferential welding, with 4130 quenched and tempered steel riser pipe as the research object, produced the welding specimen, formulated the welding process specification of circumferential welding, and carried out welding procedure test, finally conducted the mechanical properties test and nondestructive tests for welding specimen. The results showed that adopting this welding process to weld 4130 quenched and tempered steel riser pipe, the mechanical properties of welded joint can reach the requirements of related standards, the observation results of macro corrosion was qualified, exceeding standard defects didn't be found through MT and UT, so the formulated welding specification was reasonable.
