利用超声波流量计对热电厂供热流量测试的探讨

摘    要:提出利用便携式超声波流量计对胜利发电厂供暖用流量计进行测试和核查,并对测试数据进行相关计算处理。通过计算得出,胜利发电厂供暖用流量计误差较大,给发电厂造成巨大的经济损失,也加重了发电厂生活区的污染程度。最后,针对胜利发电厂供热计量中存在的不足提出了建议。

Abstract:Applying a ultrasonic flowmeter to measure heating flow in Shengli Thermal Power Plant was proposed and the test data were calculated and processed to show that, the obvious errors can be found in heating flow measurement which resulting in a great economic loss together with increased pollution degree in the plant''s living quarters.The solutions to these deficiencies were proposed finally.
