摘    要:为了保证不可更换服役管道的修补质量,针对5754-O铝合金无缝管管道提出了开孔封焊修补工艺,对全位置焊接条件下铝制筒体的氩弧焊接工艺进行了研究和焊接试验,并对焊接后的焊缝以及筒体进行了性能试验。封焊焊缝的渗透试验显示焊口均一次合格,整体容器的爆破试验显示了开孔封焊处爆破后的破坏特征,同时得出经过开孔封焊修补的5754-O铝合金无缝管压力容器的最大承载压力为3.4 MPa。试验结果表明,制定的开孔封焊工艺方案完全可以保证焊接质量。

Abstract:In order to ensure the repairing quality of non-replacement service pipeline, the hole sealing welding repairing process was proposed according to 5754-O aluminum alloy seamless pipeline. The argon arc welding technology of aluminum cylinder under the condition of all position welding was studied and tested, and the performance test for weld and pipe cylinder were conducted after welding. The penetration test of sealing weld showed that the welded junctions were all qualified, the blasting test of whole container indicated the destruction features after hole sealing blasting, and it is concluded that the maximum bearing pressure was 3.4 MPa of 5754-O aluminum alloy seamless pipe pressure vessel after opening seal welding repair. The test results indicated that the hole sealing process can ensure the welding quality.
