土耳其TANAP工程用感应加热弯管制造标准及技术难点

摘    要:为了适应土耳其TANAP管线项目用感应加热弯管的技术要求,对TANAP工程标准与国内常见标准的主要差异进行了对比,同时对管体力学性能、几何尺寸控制及测量、制造工艺、内防腐工艺、静水压试验等主要技术难点进行了研究。指出,采用系列热模拟试验以及设置多组测温位置等手段制定了精准的生产工艺,兼顾弯管的强度和韧性;开发"夹具开合+线圈移动"法实现弯管整体加热;引进了管端扩径技术装备以及管端仿形技术,保证了管端外径尺寸、椭圆度及坡口加工质量;开发弯管内防腐机械化自动喷涂以及静水压试验设备完成弯管内减阻层涂覆及静水压试验。生产实践表明,为解决主要技术难点开发应用的新工艺、新技术和新设备可以满足TANAP项目弯管生产的需要。

Abstract:In order to adapt the technology requirements of induction heating bending pipe used in Turkey TANAP pipeline project,the main differences between TANAP engineering standards and domestic standards were compared,as well as main technical difficulties were studied,such as pipe body mechanical properties,geometrical size control and measurement,manufacturing process,inside anticorrosive process,hydrostatic test and so on.It pointed that adopting a series of thermal simulation experiments and the setting of multi-group temperature measuring positions to formulate the precise production process,taking into account and the strength and toughness of the bending.The development of "gripper opening and closing+coil moving" method was used to achieve the integral heating of bending pipe;the technical equipment of pipe end expanding and the pipe end copy technology were introduced to ensure pipe end diameter,ovality and groove processing quality;it developed mechanized automatic spraying for bending pipe inside corrosion and hydrostatic test equipment to finish the resistance-reducing coating and hydrostatic pressure test in bending pipe.The production practice showed that the new process,new technology and new equipment developed for solving main technical difficulties can meet the production needs of the bending pipe of TANAP project.
