基于PLC的水处理控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:为了解决锅炉供水、乳产品巴氏消毒连续给水等难题,设计了一个基于S7-200 PLC的水处理闭环控制系统。给出系统的软硬件组成和工作原理。针对PLC控制要求,设计了进出水压力控制程序和触摸屏交互功能。实际运行结果表明:系统输出水流量能长时间保持稳定,达到水流量基本恒定、连续供给不中断的要求;系统水压力输出基本与设定压力保持一致,满足供水压力恒定且接近管道最大压力的要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of continuous water supply for boilers and pasteurization of milks, a S7-200 PLC-based closed-loop control system for water treatment was designed and its hardware and software composition and working principle thereof were presented.Considering PLC control requirements, the control program for in and out water pressures and interaction function of the touch screen were designed.The operation results show that, the water flow output by the system can remain stable for long time so that continuous water supply at certain flow rate can be realized;and water''s output pressure of the system can comply with the pressure designed so that the requirement of the pressure of water supply can keep constant and close to the pipeline''s maximum pressure.
