在线水质监测仪流路系统及其控制电路设计

摘    要:针对基于光谱分析的在线水质监测仪对流路系统的功能要求,深入开展了具体的流路系统设计及其控制电路原理研究。以微型蠕动泵、微型三通换向电磁阀、微型电磁阀、微型真空泵、流通检测池为流路器件,设计出具有进样、清洗及留样等功能的流路系统及其控制电路与方法。仪器联调实验结果表明:所设计的流路系统满足仪器的功能要求,能够为仪器的稳定运行提供有力的技术保障。

Abstract:Considering requirements of the spectral analysis-based on-line water quality monitoring instrument, the research on its flow passage system and control circuit design was carried out.Taking the micro peristaltic pump, three-way reversing solenoid valve, solenoid valve and micro vacuum pump and the flow detection pool as the flow passage components, a flow passage system and its control circuit with functions of sample introduction, washing and remaining were designed.The joint debugging shows that, this flow passage system can meet the requirements and provide strong technical support for stable operation of the machine.
