虚拟硫酸配酸过程控制系统的实现

摘    要:以硫酸配酸过程为控制对象,采用易控组态软件、GX Simulator和MX Component软件构建虚拟硫酸配酸操作实验系统,给出了虚拟硫酸配酸实验平台的实现方法及其虚拟配酸操作的控制过程。在MX Component通信软件的支持下,易控组态软件可以在计算机上建立上位机和PLC仿真平台间的联系,实现硫酸配酸控制系统上位机控制界面与下位机PLC的同步控制和仿真操作过程。

Abstract:Taking sulfuric acid blending process as the controlled object,having INSPEC configuration software,GX Simulator software and MX Component software employed to build an experimental system for virtual sulfuric acid blending operation was implemented,including realization method of the experimental platform and the control process of the sulfuric acid blending.With support of MX Component software,the INSPEC configuration software can establish communication between the host computer and the PLC Simulator on a single computer;and the synchronous control and simulation of the virtual control system can be realized for sulfuric acid blending process.
