抽油机混合PWM变频调速节能技术的研究

摘    要:介绍三电平SVPWM技术和SHEPWM技术的原理,并结合SVPWM和SHEPWM的优点提出了混合PWM变频调速节能技术。在抽油机用三相异步电动机实验平台上进行了实验验证,结果表明:混合PWM变频调速节能技术可有效降低能耗,能在实现电动机平稳启动的同时提高转速的稳态精度。

Abstract:The tri-level SVPWM and SHEPWM modulation technologies were introduced and considering their advantages, a hybrid PWM frequency control technology was proposed and verified on a test platform for three-phase asynchronous motor.The results show that, the hybrid PWM frequency control technology can reduce energy consumption effectively and enable motor start smoothly and enhance speed' s steady accuracy simulta-neously.
