| 摘 要： | 为了考察壳聚糖处理郑州市国家森林公园某鱼塘水的杀菌效果,研究了壳聚糖酸溶剂、分子量和浓度对杀菌作用的影响.结果表明:乙酸为较好的酸溶剂;壳聚糖分子量越大,杀菌效果越好,并且杀菌率随浓度的增大而增大;最终选用分子量为740 kd,浓度为1.50～2.00 g/L的壳聚糖.

| Abstract: | In order to study the result of antibacterial activity that chitosan treats with the fish pond's water in Zhengzhou National Forest Park,effect of antibacterial activity of chitosan against fish water is studied,and the acid solvent,molecular weight and concentration of chitosan are investigated.The result shows that acetic acid is the better acid solvent;the inhibiting rate is inhanced with the rising of chitosan′s molecular weight and the concentration;chitosan with 740 kd molecular weight and 1.50 g/L and 2.00 g/L concentration is the better disinfectant. |
