物料检测超声缓冲杆研究

摘    要:文中对物料检测超声缓冲杆进行了研究。首先.对圆柱杆中导波的传播和频散特性进行了分析;然后。通过实验.对利用超声缓冲杆获取物料特征信号的可行性进行了验证;最后,文中通过变直径缓冲杆的实验分析发现,变直径缓冲杆可以在一定程度上抑制拖尾回波的出现,同时,在缓冲杆外部增加包覆层也会对特征信号的信噪比产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Ultrasonic buffer rod for materiel test is investigated in this paper. The multi-modes and disperse characteristics of guided waves in the cylinder are investigated firstly. The experiments are carried on for validating the possibility of obtaining the characteristic signals via ultrasonic buffer rod secondly. Based on the analysis of the experiment results via variable diameter buffer rod, it can be seen that. the variable diameter buffer rod can restrain the trailing echoes in some extent. At the same time, the cladding outside the buffer rod can also affect the signal-to-noise ratio in some extent.
