专家系统在抗弹复合材料性能计算中的应用

针对抗弹复合材料弹道性能影响因素多、理论计算困难而靶试实测数据成本高的困难,提出了一种基于专家系统的研究方法。该方法通过建立抗弹复合材料综合数据库和由抗弹机理公式、经验公式、静态数据等组成的知识库,并在此基础上依据一定的规则进行匹配和判定,进行抗弹复合材料的材料—性能、性能—材料的双向计算分析。经实用证明,该方法具有数据可靠、快速方便、扩展性强等特点,可用于指导材料设计和选材。

The Application of Expert Systems in Ballistic Composites Performance Computing

A new studying method in ballistic-composites research based on expert systems was carried out to solve the problem of high expense on ballistic composites ballistic-performance judging. By building a comprehensive ballistic-materials database and a knowledge database composed of ballistic theory; experienced formulas and static data useful in computing and judging. working with special matching and judging rules, it can realize both materials-to-performance computing and performance-to-materials computing. This data analyzing method has been proved to be credible; rapid; convenient; expandable in practical application and useful in materials designing and selecting.
