摘    要:文中介绍一种梯形脉冲力发生装置,用于某特殊工程测试系统的动态标定。该装置依据洛伦兹理论,采用由单片机AT89C52组成的硬件电路,通过软件编程产生一定的激励信号,以激振器作为执行元件,来实现所需的梯形脉冲力。实验取得的梯形脉冲力与理想梯形脉冲力的相对误差≤5%,表明该装置用于产生梯形脉冲力来对测试系统进行动态标定是可行的。

Abstract:An equipment was developed to generate a trapezoidal impulse force and will be used in a special measurement system's dynamic calibration.Based on the Lorentz's theory,proposed a solution to generate the trapezoidal impulse force through a hardware circuit which consists of AT89C52,generated a signal by software and used the vibration exciter as the actuator.An actual trapezoidal impulse force which the relative error is less than 5%,has been acquired through experimental set-up,proved that the equipment is feasible.
