| 摘 要： | 安全可靠的电力供应是我国经济健康快速发展的必要条件,也是电网企业为社会服务的核心责任.近几年,我国电力工业快速发展,网架不断加强,运行和管理水平不断提高,城市用户平均停电时间逐步缩短,部分供电企业城市供电可靠率达到世界先进水平.

| Abstract: | It is crucial to achieve safe and reliable power sup- ply for faster and healthier development of economy in China, and it is also a primary responsibility for power company. In recent years, the power industry has been developed quickly, the power grid has been expanded, the operation and management has been improved further, the reliability of power supply has been steadily improved, power supply reliability rate of customer in some power supply companies is superior in the world. |
