| 摘 要： | 为了使无锡高职建筑教育更好地适应＂十二五＂无锡经济社会转型和产业结构调整及建筑业发展的需要,从无锡建筑业的现状及与省内外的比较,得出建筑业人才数量不足是影响无锡建筑业发展的主要因素之一.从建筑业人才培养的数量、专业设置、师资队伍建设、校企合作及实践教学条件等方面,分析了无锡高职建筑教育的现状及存在的问题,提出了整合建筑教育资源、加强师资队伍建设、构建建筑类专业实训教学平台和加强校企合作等方面的对策.

| Abstract: | In order to adapt higher vocational architectural education in Wuxi for the economic society transformation and industrial structure adjustment during the 12th Five-year Plan period,this paper concludes that efficiency of construction industry talents is one of the main factors to influence construction industry development in Wuxi through current situation of construction industry in Wuxi and comparison between Jiangsu and other provinces.It also analyzes current situation and problems of higher vocational architectural education in Wuxi from talent quantity,specialty provision,teaching staff construction,school-enterprise cooperation and practical teaching conditions,and puts forward the countermeasures of integrating educational resources,strengthening teaching staff construction,building practical training teaching-platform of architectural major and enhancing school-enterprise cooperation. |
