| Abstract: | The article analyzes the power public service status of Yiwu city, describes local electric engineering association organizational structure, location and operation mode, and describes major electrical work and work effectiveness which the association carries out. It puts forward that the platform, electrical association in Yiwu City, solves the power public service problems well, improves and refines the local government＇s public service functions. |
