用户剩余电量自动短信提醒的实现

针对目前用电信息采集系统的不足,结合GSM网络和Web服务技术,提出了基于GSM的用户剩余电量自动短信提醒系统设计方案。在研究本系统关键技术的基础上,对其构架、网络通道等方面进行了设计。在研究系统所需要实现的功能的基础上,对短信数据库、短信发送模块、系统管理模块进行了设计和实现,并对系统的定时巡测流程进行研究。采用剩余电量自动短信提醒系统,既可以减轻客服人员工作负担,降低服务成本,又可实现电网服务智能化。

Use remaining capacity to realize automatic short message alert

For the current lack of using electricity infformation collection system, combined with GSM networks and Web services technology,the design scheme of user remaining capacity automatic short message alert system based on GSM is proposed.On the basis of studying the key technology of this system, system architecture, network access and other aspects of it were designed. through studying the functions that system need to achieve, short message database, short message sending module, system management module were designed and implemented, and the timing scan process of system were studied, if using the remaining capacity automatic short message alert system, the workload of customer service personnel would be reduced, service costs would be reduced, the intelligent of grid services would be achieved.
