| 摘 要： | 介绍一种用厚膜混合集成技术制作的恒温控制电路，用此电路制作的恒温盒不仅快速稳定性好，而且控制的温度不随内部集成在同一基片上的低功耗高精度电路动态功耗改变而改变。其主要技术指标：温度控制为８５±３℃；－４０～＋７０℃工作，５ｍｉｎ内快速稳定。

| Abstract: | A constant temperature box made with HIC technology is presented.It is characterized by the good steability and controlled temperature independent from the change of the dynamic power consumption caused by the low power consumption,high accurate circuit in the same substrate. |
