摘    要:文中设计了一种矿用电机车的高效自动充电电源,阐述了ZVZCS PWM全桥变换电路的工作过程。以UC3875为控制芯片,设计了电源的控制和保护电路,并分析了控制和保护电路的工作原理。最后给出了基于Saber软件的电源仿真波形,验证了该充电电源具有恒流-恒压输出特性,是一种比较理想的蓄电池充电电源。

Abstract:A high performance auto-charging power supply on mine locomotive is designed in this paper.The working process of ZVZCS PWM full-bridge conversion is also analyzed.The control and protection circuit is designed based on the UC3875 control chip and the working principle of the control systems and protection circuit is analyzed in this paper.Finally,the power waveform was given based on the Saber simulation software,all of this verified that the power supply with the output characteristics of constant current...
