基于CAN的车身控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了满足现代汽车上越来越多的电子控制单元对彼此数据要求共享的发展趋势,现代汽车的车身控制系统开始采用基于CAN总线协议的网络控制系统.首先介绍了CAN总线技术,并从成本、性能方面重点阐述了其与LIN总线相结合的必要性和可行性.在此基础上,对车载分布式控制网络进行了结构分析和设计,最后在硬件、软件两方面,实现了基于CAN/LIN总线和SAE-J1939协议的车载分布式控制网络.该控制网络实现了整车电器连接的总线化,提高了系统的安全性、可维护性、可扩展性,满足了现代汽车的控制和管理要求.

Abstract:CAN bus technology is firstly introduced. Both necessity and feasibility of combining CAN bus with LIN bus are described from two aspects including the cost and performance. The structural analysis and design concerning the distributed automotive body control network have been conducted. Furthermore, the distributed automotive body control network based on the CAN/LIN bus and SAE-J1939 protocol has been realized in both software and hardware. This control network can ensure all electric equipments in a vehicle to be interconnected, favor the safety, maintenance and expansibility of the system, and meet the need of control and management for modern automotive vehicles.
