摘    要:对SCR法能高效制备半固态坯基础上,进行了力学分析,认为它是一种异步轧挤的过程,能有效地对正在凝固的枝晶体进行剪切变形,以实现弯曲、分离和破碎的非枝晶组织形成过程;同时,将该过程与集成压合复合,以满足半固态成表大型制件对坯料的需求。

Abstract:Presents the asynchronous rolling and extrusion process by which, the soldifying dendritic microstructures are subject to shear deformation to achieve the formation of non dendritic microstructures achievable by bending, separating and fragmenting while the requirements for semi solid stocks required for manufacturing large products are satisfied by combining this process with integration and pressure welding technology.
