海上气田钻完井工程合作项目的管理

T气田是中国海油和中国石化双方合作,中国海油为作业者开发的第一个气田。由于T气田井深、井下高温、地质情况复杂,设计方案多变,钻完井工程技术难度大,加之涉及单位多、管理程序复杂、设备新、队伍新、人员新、平台多边同时作业等等,给管理带来很多麻烦。项目组采取了简化管理程序、充分利用母公司资源、从源头控制事故隐患、充分利用先进技术等措施,保证了施工质量,缩短了开发井1.48%的工期,节约了开发井1.32%的投资、调整井0.95%的投资,并为今后类似项目的管理积累了有益经验。
