摘    要:采用溶剂提取法对婴幼儿配方乳粉和米粉样品进行前处理,样液通过离子色谱进行分离,由电感耦合等离子体质谱进行碘的定量分析。方法优化了样品前处理条件及仪器条件,可对样品中碘酸根及碘离子进行分离测定,仪器检出限均可达到0.10μg/L,样品测定的精密度为1.16%~3.12%,加标回收率为94.0%~108.0%。采用所建立的方法对国家标准物质奶粉GBW 10017进行了测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:Infant formula milk powder and rice flour were pretreatmented by solvent extraction.The sample liquid was separated by ion chromatography and the quantitative analysis of iodine was tested by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The pretreatment and apparatus conditions were optimized,which determined iodate and iodine ions separately.The determination limit of the method is 0.10ug/L.The precision is 1.16%~3.12%,and the recovery rate 94.0%~108.0%.The method has successfully been used for the determination of the national standard substance(milk powder GBW10017).
