海藻中铝的检测方法研究

摘    要:建立微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定海藻中铝的方法。通过优化测定条件,满足现行标准对精密度、准确度的要求。结果铝含量在0~100μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999,相对标准偏差RSD=4.12%,回收率在90%~105%。证明微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收光谱法具有快速,准确,灵敏度高的优势,适合海藻中铝的检测。

Abstract:The method to determine aluminum in seaweed by microwave digestion-GFAAS is studied.After optimizing determination conditions.the developed method meets the current standards for precision and accuracy requirements.The results show that the content of aluminum is linear in the range of 0~100 μg/L.The Correlation coefficient is 0.9990.The relative standard deviation is 4.12%.The ratio of recovery was 90%~105%.The developed method is suitable for determination of aluminum in seaweed with rapid,accurateness,high sensitivity.
