提高液化气中丙烯含量助剂MP031的开发和应用

以特种活性组元改性MFI结构沸石为主活性组元开发了提高液化气中丙烯含量的催化裂化助剂MP031。中试评价结果表明，以大庆减压蜡油掺30％减压渣油为原料，以降烯烃催化剂为主剂，掺入8％的MP031助剂，丙烯产率增加1．54个百分点，液化气中丙烯含量增加4．11个百分点。开发的助剂对丙烯的选择性明显优于常规助气剂，并且助剂对主剂具有很好的适应性。该助剂在中国石化洛阳分公司和金山分公司的工业应用结果表明，MP031助剂占催化剂藏量约5％，液化气产率增加1个百分点以下时，丙烯产率增加0．6个百分点以上。

DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF MP031 ADDITIVE FOR ENHANCING PROPYLENE CONTENT IN LPG

An additive,MP031,for enhancing propylene content in LPG was developed by means of modifying zeolite having MFI structure with special active metal component.The evaluation results of fixed fluidized bed unit showed that when processing Daqing feedstock(70%VGO blended with 30%VR),8% MP031 additive was added to an olefin reduction host FCC catalyst,a 1.54 percentages increase in propylene yield and a 4.11 percentages increase of propylene content in LPG were observed.The propylene selectivity of MP031 additive was better than the conventional LPG promoter,and besides,said additive had good adaptability with various host catalysts.The commercial application of MP031 additive was carried out in SINOPEC Luoyang Company and Jinshan Refinery,the results indicated that at a MP031 additive dosage of 5%,the increase of propylene yield was more than 0.6 percentages even though the increase of LPG yield was less than 1 percentage.
