三峡工程施工通航水力学研究

摘    要: 对有关科研成果和川江通航现状进行了综合分析,阐明了施工河段在三峡工程施工期间的河势变迁及其对相应通航水流条件的影响。认为正确处理施工与通航的矛盾以及河势的复杂变迁与适航水流条件的矛盾是解决好施工通航问题的关键。为此,必须对天然的和人工的水流边界、河滩进行整治,以达到流速纵、横向合理分布,降低流速和水面比降,消除局部碍航流态的目的,是形成适航水流条件和适航线路的重要举措。并明确指出,三峡工程施工通航建筑物体系能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the present navigation situation of Chuan River and the research results related , and expounds the river regime change processes in the construction reaches and their influences on navigation conditions. The study results show that the key to solve the navigation problems for the construction stage depends on properly dealing with the contradictions between construction and navigation, and that between river regime change processes and navigation conditions. Therefor the improvement of the natural and artifical flow borders and necessary river regulation must be conducted, in order to have the longitudinal and transversal velocity distributions rationalized, the velocities and the water slopes reduced, and all obstructions to navigation cleared up. All these are the important measures to form suitable navigation conditions and sailing lines. The study result shows that the navigation structures system of TGP in its construction period can satisfy the design requirements.
