重油催化裂化分馏塔结盐原因分析及对策

摘    要:分析了重油催化裂化装置发生分馏塔结盐现象的原因,并提出了相应的对策。分馏塔结盐是由于催化原料中的有机、无机氯化物和氮化物在提升管反应器中发生反应生成HC l和NH3,二者溶于水形成NH4C l溶液所致。可采取尽可能降低催化原料中的含盐量、对分馏塔进行在线水洗、利用塔顶循环油脱水技术等措施,预防和应对分馏塔结盐现象的发生。

Abstract:The causes of salt deposition in catalytic cracking fractionator were analyzed,and the measures were proposed as well.The results showed that the formation of the salt(NH 4Cl) was attributed to the reaction between HCl and NH 3 which dissoled in water and produced from the organic/inorganic chlorides and nitrides in cracking feedstock reacting in riser.To precaution and treat the salt deposition inside the fractionator,measures were adopted,such as reducing the salt content in cracking feedstock as much as ...
