低氯高纯度邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的合成工艺

摘    要:本文主要讨论低氯含量高纯度邻甲酚醛环氧树脂的合成工艺与降低可水解氯的方法。研究了工艺条件与产物氯离子含量、环氧值的关系及其合成规律。发现原料配比、碱用量对氯含量的影响较大,反应时间和原料配比的增加可使环氧值增大。结果得到了可水解氯含量小于500ppm的高纯度邻甲酸醛环氧树脂。

Abstract:The synthesis process of high pure o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin with low chlorini-ty and the method of decreasing the content of hydrolizable were descussed. The relation of process parameter to chlorinity and epoxy value was researched. Found that the composition of raw materials, base amount and reaction time influeneed the epoxy value and the chlorinity directly. (increasing reaction time and changing the composition of raw material rnade the e-poxy value increasing). In result the high pure o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy resin with chlori-nate below 500ppm was obtained.
