降滤失水剂——丙烯酰胺烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物的性能研究

摘    要:用丙烯酰胺和烯丙基磺酸钠的共聚反应制备了油田钻井液用的降滤失水剂。试验表明,该共聚物组成单元AM,SAS的摩尔分率分别为0.82和0.18;在常温下当添加0.3%~1.5%时,泥浆API失水量从60.0ml降至10.0ml;当添加2.0%时,在180℃~200℃,经16h静态老化后,泥浆失水仍保持在13~16.4ml,并有明显的耐盐、钙的能力。

Abstract:The fluid-loss agent for drilling mud in oil field was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylamide with sodium allylsulfonate,and the behavior of the copolymer were evaluated.The results shewed that AM and SAS of molar ratio in the composition unit of the copolymer were X_(AM)=0.82 and X_(SAS)=0.18 respectively. When additive dosage of the copolymer is 0.3%~1.5%, in the room temperature, the API fluid-loss amont reduced from 60. 0ml to 10.0ml;when additive dosage is 2%, at 180~200C, after static age 16h, the fluid loss maintain yet 13~16.4ml, and it has good tolerance to sodium salts and calcium saltes.
