| Abstract: | Mrs. Saiwei apple(open space apple) is a rare and wild apple in Yili region in Xinjiang. It is of high nutrition. Mrs.Saiwei apple fruit wine with strong apple aroma is developed through the following procedures: selection of raw materials, then washing, juice squeezing, then fermentation. The produced wine has harmonious wine flavor and fruit aroma, soft and mellow taste, and enjoyable sweetness and sour taste. |
