| 摘 要： | 针对小批量过程的主要控制图技术中目标图、比例图和标准变换图,归纳出小批量过程控制的同分布原理。考虑到不同小批量之间的差异,以目标均值控制图为例,对控制图进行改进,给出多变异目标均值控制图的建立步骤。通过一个例子发现,该方法既实现了小批量过程多变异的控制,又降低了控制图虚发警报的概率。

| Abstract: | There have been 3 control charts,target control chart, ratio control chart,standard transform control chart,used in the situation.Puts forward the same distribution theory for small batch production based the 3 control charts mentioned above. And more, considering the difference between the different batches, the control chart is improved by exemplifying target control chart for the average, and a procedure, designed for building the chart. It is found that the method mentioned above could control process variation in the small batch production and reduce the probability of the false alarm. |
