干法制备阳离子淀粉的研究

摘    要:以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA)为阳离子化剂,碱性条件下,采用干法工艺制备了季铵型阳离子木薯淀粉.通过单因素实验研究了淀粉与CHPTMA用量之比、CHPTMA和NaOH用量之比、混合时间、反应时间、反应温度、水用量以及NaOH在淀粉和醚化剂之间的分配比等诸因素对取代度和反应效率的影响.采用NaOH在淀粉和醚化剂之间分开加入的工艺方法,其分配比为3.0时,可降低反应温度和提高反应效率.

Abstract:The cationic starch with quaternary amino groups was prepared with 3chloro-2-hydroxypropyl-trimethyl ammorium chlorate(CHPTMA) as cationics in the present of alkaline by dry process.The effects of the mass ratio of starch to CHPTMA,the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to CHPTMA,pre-processing time,reaction temperature,water content,the delivered ratio of sodium hydroxide between starch and CHPTMA,were investigated.When NaOH was delivered respectively in starch and CHPTMA with the ratio of 3.0,the reaction efficiency could be greatly improved at low reaction temperature.
