大功率高压变频器的功率单元热沉研发

摘    要:在对兆瓦级高压变频器研发中,大功率功率单元的散热是研发的关键,在对大功率IGBT的热设计中,根据IGBT和DOIDE的参数特性,计算其热损耗功率。结合热分析公式研发变频器功率单元的热沉系统,并利用相关的热分析行业软件,完成300A电流等级的通用功率单元的热设计。

Abstract:In a research of the Megawatt High voltage inverter, the heat sink of the High Power Unit is the very core of the subject.According to the characteristic parameter of IGBT and DOIDE, the thermal loss power was calculated in the course of heat design.The heat sink system of power unit was analysed by heat expressions and was emulator by relevant thermal calculation calling software.So,the 300A current degree of currency power unit of heat design was achieved.
