鱼雷凸轮发动机动力传动机构相关参数化建模与仿真研究

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术并利用3D建模软件UG对鱼雷活塞式凸轮发动机进行了相关参数化建模和装配,建模中采用了自顶向下的设计思想,使关键参数能够在控制结构顶层中做修改且被向下传播到细节零件,使得相关联参数能够驱动装配体的更新,在此基础上用MSC.ADAMS软件对建好的虚拟样机进行了运动学和动力学分析,得到了关键部件的速度,加速度以及受力情况。探讨了相关结构参数变化对发动机关键部件受力以及性能的影响。所提出的方法和得到的结论在发动机的设计阶段能够给设计者提供大量信息,有利于降低物理样机开发成本,提高发动机性能。

Abstract:Based on the virtual prototype technology and 3-dimension modeling software UG, the correlatively parameterized modeling and assembling for torpedo cam engine are developed using the top-down design idea to transmit the key parameters modified in the top control system to the detailed parts, thus to update the assembled model with the correlative parameters. The velocity, acceleration and force of the key components and parts are obtained via the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the virtual prototype by using the software MSC. ADAMS. The influences of the structural parameters variation on the key components and parts and further the performance of engine are discussed. This presented method, together with its conclusions can provide valuable information to designers for reducing developmental cost and improving performance of torpedo cam engine.
