| 摘 要： | 设计了一种抗氢气干扰的CO气体传感器,该传感器以半导体SnO2为敏感基材,采用三电极直热式结构、脉冲方波供电方式。研究了传感器的工作电压、采样时间对传感器灵敏度与抗干扰特性的影响。结果表明:0.3V工作电压、20s的采样时间,传感器灵敏度为10左右,抗氢气干扰系数达100以上。

| Abstract: | A kind of carbon monoxide sensor is designed.The sensing material of sensor is SnO2 semiconductor,and three electrodes direct-heating is used as heating style,square-wave pulse is used as power supply.The effects of working voltage and sampling time on anti-interference and sensitivity are investigated.The results show that sensitivity is about 10 and anti-interference coefficient is above 100 under the condition of working voltage of 0.3V and sampling time of 20s. |
