某锌铁多金属矿石选矿工艺研究

摘    要:对某锌铁多金属矿石进行了系统的工艺参数优化试验研究。分选指标表明.新型捕收剂ZC对闪锌矿具有较好的选择性和很强的捕收能力。在优化操作条件下.采用浮选—磁选工艺流程,闭路试验获得了较好的锌铁分选指标:锌精矿品位和回收率分别为59.19%和98.06%;银和铟富集于锌精矿中,品位分别为339g/t和122g/t.回收率分别为96.28%和71.32%;铁精矿品位和回收率分别为65.30%和66.62%。

Abstract:The systematic test research of optimized parameters for processing certain Zn-Fe polymetallic ores has been done in this paper.The separation indices show that,the collector ZC newly developed has better selectivity and stronger ability for collecting sphalerite.Adopting flotation-magnetic flowsheet in the conditions of optimized processing parameters,the best separation indices of Zn and Fe have been obtained in closed circuit tests.The grade and recovery of the Zn-concentrate are 59.19% and 98.06% respectively.Both of Ag and In are enriched in Zn-concentrate,their grades are 339g/t and 122g/t respectively,and their recoveries are 96.28% and 71.32% respectively.The grade and recovery of the Fe-concentrate are 65.30% and 66.62% respectively.
