| 摘 要： | 玲珑湾花园47#48#楼为-18层的高层建筑，为满足业主对房屋结构的自由分隔，楼盖采用无粘结预应力平板混凝土楼盖，一户为一块平板。文章即介绍该住宅的建筑及结构平面布置，结构分析与计算，并对有关设计成果进行了总结。

| Abstract: | 47#48# Building in Linglongwan Garden is a 18-storey housing, In order to satisfy owners＇ requirement of free partition of housing structure, an incoherent prestressed plate concrete cover is used per one house. This article introduces the architectural structure, plain layout, structure analysis and calculation and relevant design achievement of such housing. |
