基于CAN总线的矿用通信分站的研究

摘    要:针对矿井监测监控和预警系统采用的基于RS485总线的主从式通信方式存在实时性差、通信距离较短的问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线的矿用通信分站的设计方案;详细介绍了该通信分站的硬件及软件设计。该通信分站的CAN总线应用层协议通过对CAN消息ID号和数据的功能定义,实现了紧急数据的及时上传。实验结果表明,该通信分站通信可靠,实时性高,满足煤矿井下的通信要求。
