CS3000与子系统SIEMENS PLC数据通信的实现

摘    要:针对选矿厂通过增加远程I/O站或设置独立的小控制室来实现各个工段的监控,不仅增加投资成本,也不利于集中监控整个工艺流程和采集所有设备信息的问题,提出了一种采用Profibus-DP协议实现CS3000与子系统SIEMENS PLC数据通信的方案;以CS3000的ALP111通信模块为例,详细介绍了该方案的硬件配置及软件组态。实际应用表明,该方案实现了主站CS3000与子系统SIEMENS PLC之间的可靠数据通信,现场监视和控制效果良好。
