| 摘 要： | 针对采用晶闸管元器件作为主控元件的交-交变频器在煤矿中应用存在换流困难、输出频率低等问题,提出了一种类似脉冲阻塞式斩波交-交变频器的设计方案。该方案采用单个IGBT作为交-交变频器的主控元件,采用变频/变压复合调速方案,同时增加了同步控制方式,从而减少了逆变元件的工作时间,降低了器件的发热功耗。类似脉冲阻塞式斩波交-交变频器对于煤矿设备的重载启动具有重要意义,但由于该变频器在煤矿尚无使用先例,因此需对其进行进一步的探索和研究。
