基于S7-300 PLC的矿井通风机不停风自动倒机系统设计

摘    要:针对高瓦斯突出矿井进行主通风机倒机时,在短暂的停机时间内仍会出现瓦斯超限现象的问题,提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC的矿井通风机不停风自动倒机系统的设计方案。该系统采用增加对空旁路风门来启动备用通风机的方案,即在主通风机停止前先启用备用通风机,通过主、副风门开度的配合,保证倒机系统风量的稳定。实际应用表明,该系统可有效保证不停风倒机过程的安全。
